Refund policy

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
According to Norwegian law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means that you have 14 days after receiving the item to request and send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, especially if the seal is broken or the product has been used.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Complaints must be addressed to us within a reasonable time. As long as this is possible, we will try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you (the buyer) can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available at:

INSTRUCTIONS
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

You can contact us at any time with any questions about returns at kundeservice@bodypop.no.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify it.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and, when the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reasons. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

NB! For items purchased outside of Norway, you (the buyer) must cover the return shipping costs yourself.

REFUNDS
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
